With a ‘never say no attitude’ we always aim to meet our dentist's requests and find intelligent solutions to any challenges we may encounter. We often provide direct access from dentist to technician to aid in the denture manufacture process through calls, emails or WhatsApp. Communication is key.

We pride ourselves in attracting and retaining the region’s most experienced, talented and creative technicians to compliment our clients. We invest in our technicians and hardware to ensure quality control and end to end customer service. Our commitment to training and nurturing talent, gives our team the opportunity to always learn, develop and progress.

Management

Meet Harry:

Harry is a senior technician and the owner of Pinnacle Prosthetics with satisfied clients (dentists nationwide). Harry has been a technician for 14 years and is very keen on personal service.

I would describe Harry as a spiritual, fast learning, generalist with a passion for removable dentures and business.

That’s enough talking about myself in third person…

I always thought my dream was to be a physiotherapist, helping professional athletes... it seemed like an appropriate dream given my predicted academic grades, until I didn’t achieve them. What was I supposed to do coming from an academic family, I couldn’t deal with the disappointment; before my brother mentioned ‘making teeth’.

And that’s when it happened, the spark I was missing ignited, the instant I made my first denture at university and thought ‘damn, I’m pretty good at this stuff’.

In the last fifteen years, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from some of the best technicians and dentists in the country, to produce aesthetic, well-fitting dentures.

I have two wonderful boys, Roman and Nico and one lovely wife Sonika, who has been instrumental in my personal development and has been my sound board from the beginning of this business journey.

Meet Gurdeep:

‘I joined Pinnacle in 2012, as a prosthetics technician and was quickly brought into the vision Pinnacle had to offer, rejecting several prominent labs in the Midlands. Quickly progressing to a lab manager role, helping Pinnacle grow very quickly in the formative years whilst maintaining quality.

I am very passionate about keeping at the forefront of private denture production and have been able to progress at Pinnacle whilst helping to develop others.’
