VALPLAST ^® is the original flexible denture based resin with over 60+ years of experience, research and development. The biocompatible nylon and thermoplastic resin of Valplast^® provides a flexible, lightweight alternative to that of an acrylic or chrome denture.

The flexible nature of Valplast^® allows more comfort for the patient due to it taking into account the changing contours of the mouth. The flexibility element acts as a built in stress breaker providing superior function and stress distribution, allowing for a much simplified designed appliance with a thinner, discreet appearance in comparison to a chrome denture.

Valplast^® flexible dentures are virtually invisible therefore they blend seamlessly with the natural appearance of the gingival tissue. Valplast^® can be used in combination with a metal frame to produce a 'Hybrid Chrome denture', allowing the aesthetic benefit of a Valplast^® flexible gum-coloured clasp replacing the buccal arms of a metal clasp.

We are a registered Valplast^® laboratory and our technicians are fully trained in the manufacture and finishing of Valplast ^® flexible nylon dentures. All Valplast^® flexible dentures come with a lifetime guarentee against breakage or fracture under normal use.
